Hi Ivo
Thank you for the discount coupon.
I just love the yoghurt made from your starter.
I am not new to making home made yoghurt but your starter for making filmjolk yoghurt is just heavenly. The flavour and the texture is superb and getting it right just before it turns a bit more acidic into the refrigerator, gives it a taste that is just superb. I keep two tablespoons of the finished yoghurt in a cup for every new preparation which is
stored in the refrigerator and then I bring to room temperature before I make my next batch.
I have found that making the yoghurt in an unglazed clay pot gives it an extra edge in its taste and texture over just using a plastic or glass container to make the yoghurt. It is now a matter of preference more than anything else to use the clay pot. So there, I have let you into my secret for turning an already great yoghurt into something that is just out of this world for me.
I have ordered your Rose flavoured starter to try something more “exotic”! I have in the past tried to make a Rose flavoured yoghurt using “Rose water” which did not turn out so well. So I wait with great anticipation to try your Rose flavoured starter. I also use full cream Jersey cows’ milk for my yoghurt.
I am hoping your starter flavoured with Rose oil will give me a result that will just amaze me with even more delight as a good Rose oil on its own is far to o expensive to contemplate using it for culinary purposes.
I am looking forward to any more new flavours you might come up with – like Peach or even Strawberry.
Best regards
Alan
PS I did not get the free book on Yoghurt which your on-line ordering system promised!

Hi,
Thank you for the prompt reply.
I bought the PLUS – 8 Litres (2 Gallons) pack about 2 months ago and am nearly ready to buy more.
I make 1 litre batches and every one turned out great, although the first 1 or 2 were a bit ‘runny’.
Cheers for now,
hk
Laura –
My first batch came out absolutely delicious!
I was hungry so I dug into it before it had time to set, so it is runny. But I’m guessing I’ll be able to improve that the next batch.

Peter –
Hello Ivo,
I do not buy yogurt because I do not trust what might be in it.
I make yogurt and eat it because I believe that it is good for my gut.
I have had problems using bought yogurt as a starter and searched the internet for a product that I could use for my home production.
I’m glad I found yours!
Cheers,
Peter

Ivo,
Having your yogurt is a #1 priority for me so, even though I am squeamish about using my account on the internet I placed my order.
Thanks for your reply to my email and for providing the good health benefits of bacillus bulgaricus to the general public. On
We love your cultures!
Sincerely,
Margaret C

I love yogurt and need to be on low carb diet, so I make it with heavy cream instead of milk and this bacteria is the best, no sugar, no carbs 🙂 The cream is NOT ultra pasteurized and I do 10 hours. It is very nice yogurt and I really need more. please!
