When I placed my first order, I thought it might be fun to make my own yogurt. I’m on a selfreliant DIY kick. I’m making all sorts of things.
I didn’t know if I could trust you. Was I getting a real product? Would my financial information be secure? Would I actually make the yogurt? Would I eat enough to justify making it?
I placed a small order and I’ve been making yogurt since then. It’s absolutely delicious. Even with no sweeteners or additives, it’s delicious. I’ve shared it at work and referred people to you.
I’ve seen no suspicious activity on my account. Got no extra spam. Got real product that worked like it should.
I can trust you. I simply didn’t eat enough yogurt to keep a gallon batch alive. You thought of people like me and offer a variety of quantities.
I also make yogurt for the whey. I use the whey instead of water for our weekly sandwich bread loaf and any buns we want for the week. Helps make the softest bread and buns!

We make yogurt using a bit of the leftover yogurt we have.
We also buy yogurt because of the flavors..really not smart because we can easily add fruit or jam to our home made yogurt.
I am very interested in making filmjolk cheese – softer kind (not crumbly like feta) with a strong salty/sower taste, in good brine (whey and salt?)that can preserve the cheese for months.
Also, would like to try and make Kashkaval cheese – the kind that is a bit stronger in flavor, spicy and with a bit of salt, not like the plain and tasteless ones they sell in the stores.
I would love to nuy products from you if they come with recipes. I am new to cheese making.

I love the quality of home made yogurt that hasn’t been processed through high speed packaging machines. I think that robust treatment ruins the mouth feel of the yohurt and changes its flavour.
I read that your yogurt is A1 so wanted to try it.
