Oh, it’s wonderful! I’m so glad I found it! I was a little slow getting started after it arrived, but I finally followed the no-fail directions and in 24 hours, I had 4 litres of perfect Filmyolk. That was a bit more than a weeks worth, so my next batch was only two litres. I think my next batch will be three, because I have discovered how great it works for baking. It seems to be helpful for my digestion, too.

Hi Ivo,
I am from a Swedish family. When I was young, my Mother always had the Filmyolk in the fridge. (In northern Sweden they have a different name for it). I haven’t thought about it for a long time, but now that I’m retired and looking for pleasant memories, this stuff came to mind.
So, I’m looking forward to having it in my life again.

I actually do not like yogurt very much. However, afterI learned about mesophilic yogurt, viili in particular, I became interested in having experiencing with it.
Before I knew your site, I purchased filmjölk starter from Yemoos. It tasted all right, but it did not culture soy milk very well. I put mesophilic yogurt on hold thinking I need a starter that can work with soy milk in the long run if I want to continue eating this way.
Then I found your company. I hope the viili culture I just purchased would work for soy milk as one of the reviewers stated.

The reason why I try to make yogurt is because the taste of handmade yogurt is what I want.
Not too sweet, not too sour, and not too thick.
