I like yogurt, but am keen to stop buying plastic! I thought that making my own might solve the problem.

I made the Greek yogurt and it’s delicious. I think it has a sweet taste to it. I added some non fat dry milk powder since I’m using 1% milk and it’s thin. I’ve done that with previous yogurt batches and it seems to come out fine.

I bought from you because I love the creaminess and thickness of Greek yogurt, I have been making yogurt for several years and always buy a locally made yogurt at the market as a starter, but would really like to make a Greek style one, I found your site and thought I would give it a try. At the moment I reduce my milk by half in order to make the yogurt thicker, and I hope that your starter will save me having to do that and save me some money on milk !!

I’ve been making yogurt with my own as the starter. Of course, I started with yours. The Greek yogurt I’m making is quite authentic in taste and consistency; almost as good as my mother used to make (she would not like it if I said “as good’).

the number one, two and all reasons is: Health!
We know the health stories about Bulgaricus Yogurt, and we want to participate for ourselves, for our Health.
If ever possible, we would prefer vegan milks, but if not possible, we would have to use cow milk . Whenever you have any Recommendations what we would have to add to YOUR cultures for having the possibility to use vegan „milks“, please tell us, and the very large vegan community.
