Molly –
I love the yogurt! I have goats that I milk and have been making a gallon of yogurt every week and it is the best yogurt I have ever had. I share with friends and they agree.

I use yogurt for health reasons. And was sent the Yogurt making book from you all, and am so grateful. I recently found out that I’m having problems with dairy so knowing that I can make yogurt with almond milk has been a God send. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you most. By the way, your Bulgarian yogurt is the best I’ve had. Even without dairy!

Everything is wonderful in my yoghurt world. I’m making it regularly and still have starter.

It’s creamy and delicious, seems like a treat for breakfast instead of something good for me. I love putting it on top of fresh fruit, with some nuts. I enjoy learning new things in many areas of life and learned to make sourdough bread a year or so ago. Yogurt seems like a good next project – I want to find my personal favorite method and recipe! I really like the yogurts I’ve had in Europe on trips, would like to figure out what is different about it and find a way to replicate it, at some point. After I learn the basics!!

I believe I need the calcium. I don’t drink much milk eat NO cheese in Japan. Japanese don’t eat much quality cheese, a lot of cheese spread and fake cheese UGGG. I try to eat an egg a day…maybe. I loved dairy products as a kid, but too expensive here. Milk is not expensive but yogurt and cheese are. No kifir or other varieties you sell. Maybe I should eat MORE calcium?? I am 70, Ivo, How old are you????

Hey,
I like to make it, I like to eat it and, most important, I love the fact that I know exactly how it was made.
Thanks
