Unfortunately, as I live alone, I am still working my way through all the products I bought from you some time back.
I will re-order when my stock is getting low.
Once my daughter and I manage to sell our houses, so that we can buy a farm property in order to set up an animal rescue sanctuary, we shall be running a Bed & Breakfast business in order to fund this and then I shall be using many more of your wonderful herbs and spices. At the same time – I shall be introducing so many others to your products so might also be able to sell them too.
In the meantime, I am spreading the word to all my friends who enjoy cooking.

My Sister, Mary Wykes, told me how much she enjoys making (her own) & eating yoghurt. She lives in America, where we’re from. I live in Ireland & asked her where she got her ‘starter’ from – she said “Bulgaria”! “Small World”, I said!
I will be ordering my own Starter Kit from you in the next few days because I like to eat good yoghurt, usually Greek style. I also read about the good immune system benefits natural yoghurt provides & want to maintain my own good health!

I’ve always loved the taste and texture of yoghurt, and over the past 5 years or so I’ve been doing as much as I can to reduce my plastic waste. Yoghurt only comes in plastic (even though glass seems like it would be a good alternative), so I prefer to make my own.

We are using our oven light which is about 105 F. Ferments nicely and comes out nice and thick. We are doing the SCD diet which requires minimum of 24 hours.
