Hi Ivo
I bought a larger pack size, not to make a large batch, but to save some money . My batch size is one litre.
So the first time, I measured out one thirtieth of the culture (I didn’t read your instructions well enough). I use a yogurt maker, so set it to 43C for 8 hours, our regular settings. It came out with a very firm (too firm) curd on the bottom, and a large amount of expelled whey sitting on top.
Second batch, I reverted to using one gram of the culture, temperature still at 43, but reduced time to 5 hours. This resulted in a good yogurt, very happy with texture and flavour.

Hello Ivo,
I received my yogurt starter.
Rachel –
Thanks, Ivo! I am buying the yogurt so I can make my own continuously. It’s cheaper, healthier, and fun! I also like to avoid plastic containers this way.
Thanks,
Rachel

Hi, everything is good. My yogurt comes out good. I even got my sister making it. I still have some starter left but will probably be ordering some soon.
Thanks, Cinderella

Hello Ivo
I found you via an extensive online search. I made my own yoghurt using a Bulgarian culture for 3+ decades however a busy lifestyle and inability to find a satisfying yoghurt culture, saw me lapse into shopping around trying various commercial brands. I could no longer find the brand – then recently, I discovered your website. Natural yoghurt is an important addition to my health and the health of my patients. I will be sharing your website with my clients. Thank you. Warm Regards….Grace

Hi Ivo,
The starter is great. Our culture is going strong, and the yogurt is just as superior as represented.
Thanks for a great product!

Hi Ivo – we are trying to make our own yogurt for a diet my son must follow. Most yogurts have too many strains of bacteria and he should eat yogurt with only two. We prefer to make our own so there is less sugar.

Hello,
I am from India and grew up eating yogurt at every meal I need not explain to you the nutritional boost it provides including help with digesting the food! Back home my mother never bought yogurt, she churned out a fresh batch for every meal (i.e two times a day- 365 days!)! I was pretty successful myself making yogurt, I took the lazy route and made it once a week (for the whole week). Only recently when my culture started failing me, I researched and came up with your brand to be the healthiest and wanted to try your no-fail method of yogurt making.
Here’s to your health(y yogurt!)
Sincerely,
Krishnan –
love yogurt, and it’s hard to find real yogurt in the US.

Hi Ivo,
Yes, it’s a while ago.
About every third week I make 1.2 L yogurt from raw one-day-old cow milk.
My last purchase was about in 05/2020 and it is almost time to open it.
Your culture produces absolutely an outstanding yogurt. Only me and my wife enjoy this very much. You may say: we are very small but loyal costumers.
Greetings,
Repko
