Hello, Mr. Ivo.
I eat yogurt only occasionally, and in small quantities. I ordered your starter so that I can make a pint of yogurt when I want to, without having to buy a quart of yogurt at the store in order to do it.
I make my yogurt in a 1-pint jar inside of an Instant Pot Ultra, steamed for 2 minutes, cooled to 110F, stir in 1/4 teaspoon starter, then on the yogurt setting for 5 hours, and it works just fine. I like my yogurt thicker and creamier than my first attempts turned out. In my last batch I put 1/4 cup instant non-fat milk plus 2 Tablespoons heavy cream into the jar and then topped it off with whole milk. I was happy with the result.
More than 5 hours on the yogurt setting resulted in yogurt that was too sour for my taste. Having made several batches while learning how to do it, I am taking a break from yogurt for a while, but I will use your starter again when the time comes.
Good luck with your company. I have recommended your starter to friends who make yogurt.

Hello dear people of Bacillus Bulgaricus.
I have been making yogurt since 20 year ago, however I started making the Greek one in 2020 when I searched online and I found you… so I started purchasing your product (greek yogurt starter).
Sincerely
Angel G.

I have been making the Greek yogurt and like it very much. I have not yet made the Bulgarian yogurt.
The Greek yogurt is thick and tastes very good. However, I like it even thicker so I drain the whey and then add back enough to make it the thickness I like.
Best regards,
Michael H.

Hi Ivo,
Thank you for your email. I absolutely loved the Bulgarian and greek starter, as well as the Skyr. Just last night I used the Filmjolk starter and it is cooling in the fridge. Very
interesting consistency. My fave has to be the bulgarian as it is tarter.
I’m really enjoying your products and I look forward to many more yogurt batches.
Cheers!
Isabella

Hi Ivo
I make my own yoghurt because I love being able to do so; essentially it means I’ve got yoghurt on tap and I adore yoghurt, particularly the Greek style.
Kind regards

Hello Ivo,
We are enjoying our Greek yogurt very much, and the taste is perfect for us. Your instructions were clear and accurate, and making it in our Instant Pot is easy. I make it weekly, soon after we pick up our raw milk from the farmer. After the yogurt finishes and is cool, my routine at present is to put it in cheesecloth to drain a bit. Then I remove starter for next time plus some more to eat, but continue draining whey from the remainder to make a delicious cream cheese.
One way I like to use the cream cheese is to spread it on pita bread or crackers and sprinkle Za’atar seasoning on top. We also use the yogurt to accompany middle eastern recipes we enjoy.
I’m keeping the rest of your starter (we got a double batch) in the freezer in case I mess up and need new. I’m assuming that’s okay for a while; I’ve sealed the opened package in a zipper bag, pressing most of the air out before sealing. But I know we will start over at some point, and will order more from you.
Thank you!

Your products were great and I really had great success with all of the various types of yoghurt, naturally some which we preferred above others. My ultimate favourite was the greek, very delicious.
I will definitely be ordering again, in fact I shell do it straight away ……thank you for the discount voucher ☺
Kind regards
Debbie

Hi
I love Greek yogurt, plus I also add it to my dogs meal a couple of times a week.

I purchased the yoghurt starters from you as I am interested in making other yoghurts than Greek Yoghurt. I bought a yoghurt maker recently and loved the results.
As yoghurt is so healthy I want to experiment in making other yoghurts.
Thanks
