I love Greek yoghurt
I like the concept of growing bacteria because it’s healthy, sustainable. A friend recently gave me some
Kefir water bacteria to grow and drink and I like it too.

Happy new year to you too. Would be interested in making amasi yogurt and tempeh.
Made Greek, Bulgarian yogurt, and sirene cheese so far. Works like a charm. Love it. Can’t wait to try the skyr I just received. Very happy I found you.
Stefan.

Hi!
Love them! A bit too much actually. I just ate a litre of greek yoghurt 🙊
I am still playing around with quantity and time as I use raw goat milk.
You know what would be amazing? A little 1.5g measuring spoon 🙂
Thanks!
Marie
Sofie –
I adore yoghurt, my favourite is ‘skyr’.
(Now and then a good greek yoghurt on sundaymorning)
I have a coloncancer hystory and it changed my way of looking at food and eating. I am on a low carb diet. I recently switched to skyr because I am a farmer and work outside and common yoghurt makes me feel hungry at 10am, with skyr I can work untill noon without feeling hungry.
Organic skyr is hard to find in Belgium so I decided to make my own.
I strongly believe in vital food, eating these good ‘baccillus’ and ‘biffidus’ fits in my filosofy!
I look forward to receive the product!
Good luck!
Sofie
Lidia Del Grande –
I liked all the starters, above all the Bulgarian yogurt, only the Villi turned out unsuccessful. Maybe the yogurt maker was too hot for it.
Best regards

That is so nice that you reach out! I feel terrible though… I placed my order at the wrong time.. I received it near Christmas time and my daughters wedding and all of my children and their families were home. Long story short I left the package with the mail to be looked at at a later date☹️. I didn’t put it in the freezer! But I will be ordering again because I’m very excited to try both things I ordered. I did put it in my freezer after I realized and was going to try it anyway cause I don’t like wasting.

Thanks Ivo
my wife and I are loving it. We’ve tried the Bulgarian and the Greek and re-used both 3 times – will definitely be reasonably regular customers.

It was great!

Good Morning,
I used to make a lot of ferments. Including yogurt. Life got wonky and i was buying plain Greek yogurt.
Yesterday i went for groceries and i wanted to get a discount on two containers with an expiry date of that day. The store management said no – we cannot sell it to you because it expires today.
I was floored and incredibly upset that they would rather throw it out. I know how big food corporations work with expiry dates.
Anyway i decided to go back to making my own so big food corporations don’t have a say in my food supply chain. I will not support a company like that when people are struggling, using food banks and so much food insecurity. It is my belief that they have a huge part in the food supply chain and things that are wrong with it.
Look forward to eating our delicious yogurt!
Have a great day!
Audrey

Good morning! I bought your Greek style yogurt starter quite awhile ago and finally used it 4 months after the Best Buy date and it worked perfectly! I had stored the starter in the refrigerator. I made and froze yogurt starter (2 tablespoon cubes) from store bought yogurt and they worked. It took me almost 2 years to use them up (the last one had lots of freezer burn.)
I make my yogurt in an instant pot and use 2 tablespoons of store bought yogurt in 1/2 gallon of whole milk.
Thanks for you help!
