Hi Ivo, I decided to give a try to make yogurt myself because I love Greek yogurt and I want to make it with the grade of tart that I like.
Finally I have had the energy to blog about the greek yogurt, and to get the give away startet today. I will have a live sending 15:30 on my page, tell about the greek yogurt and how to win. I also change some of the packet, as I used the packet of 16 l to testing and making the yogurt, so took some of the 8 l you send to me and I use that in the give away.
I have after last time made the greek yogurt 2 times, one time I was rely impressed over the culture because the whole village lost the power supply it had a little bit heat in the instant pot for 3 hours then nothing for ap. 7-8 hours. I just turned the IP on for the time before we went to bed and out in the cold room over night.

What can I tell you about your wonderful yogurt? We have been using your yogurt and kefir cultures for quite a long time, and recently we’ve tried the Greek style yogurt culture too. All are absolutely great, each a little different and such a joy to eat. We can’t imagine life without these lovely cultures.
I tried the Greek style yoghurt first, and found it did not set. I added a little more bacillus after raising it again to blood temperature, and this time it set. The flavour was good, though it was as runny as regular yoghurt, which surprised me. Hardly a big problem, though!
