Firstly I am amazed by the super fast response. I love the Kefir starter. My ethnic heritage is Latvian where kefir is also held in high regard. I am well aware of the health benefits and also love the taste. As far as I can ascertain Bulgarian Kefir is the best of them all.
I got the Kefir you sent me and my husband and I made it last night with raw milk. We have never had Kefir before and ohmygoodness it’s AMAZING!!!!! It tastes soooooo good!!!! Thank you so much!!
Just wanted to let you know this kefir really is fantastic – we really do like it, contrary to the “normal” kefir :).
Just successfully fermented kefir culture on soy milk. Very smooth and creamy texture and thick but not so thick (because of the non-dairy milk)
It turned out amazingly thick and soooo delicious! I just wrote my review about your kefir on my blog and I really hope you like it 🙂

Just tested on uht strawberry flavoured milk and the result was awesome. Taste and texture exactly like yogurt drink!!
I do like kefir and have been making it for quite a while know and we really enjoy it! your making a really yummy strain!
