I make a litre every 4 days. I only have to use your kefir starter if I make a mistake – usually, by letting fermentation go-on too long.

I like the Kefir, it is thick and creamy. I have tried making Kefir from a gain, I do not like it as Much as I do the starter. I am from the USA, North Carolina.

I liked the sourdough started. It just not something that I would do for just one person.
I really enjoyed the Kefir, it came out so rich, thick and creamy. I tried making the kefir from a grain. I did not like it so much. I was wasting a lot of milk, I can make the Greek yogurt and kefir all in one day, and not have to make more for two week.
Making the kefir from a grain is to time consuming and I did not like the sour milk smell. So I decided to make the kefir from the started. I thank you for all that you do.

Thanks for getting in touch. I have been very happy with both the yogurt and Kefir staters, they have worked so well that I have managed to keep the cultures going for quite a long time and am even making some for family and friends.
I have just about run out of the kefir which is the one we like the best so will order some more.
my kefir is set and thick, lovely but unlike that bought from the supermarket
