I purchase kefir to get my calcium, protein, and good bacteria for my gut.
I have fibromyalgia and have to eat a lot off the good gut bacteria. I make my own waterkefir, kombucha, jun, fermented garlic and I could go on.
The good yoghurt in Denmark is really expensive. We haven’t Bulgarian version so that’s the main reason.

I have yoghurt nearly everyday and love eating it. I have Kefir everyday too but eat yoghurt just to change it around a bit for a more palatable taste.
Kefir is way better than yoghurt but yoghurt have a nicer taste.

I have made yogurt using your starter quite often and with the last order made sour cream and kefir and I am really happy with the results. I don’t think I will ever buy sour cream again!

I absolutely love yoghurt but i ordered water Kefir .
Wanda started making yogurt several months ago, which we merged into our daily diet. Then she discovered she preferred kefir over yogurt…I can do either…but she found the buttermilk
started\r…which is now my favorite. This week, she made sour cream…which is great. All the products fit into our daily food consumption. If and when you develop a starter for cottage
cheese, we are on board.

I just wanted to let you know that the kefir is amazing! I made it with raw milk and it’s so creamy, the best I’ve ever tasted! ( I confess I haven’t made the Greek yoghurt up yet).
