Hi Ivo
I love yoghurt and all kinds of fermented things! I’m making goats kefir, and a couple of yoghurts already. I’m excited to try some different kinds with different bacteria strains.
I have read that folk in Bulgaria live long healthy lives- so another reason to try their yoghurt.
Cheers
Sarah

Hi Ivo!
I am impressed! Not to say the least.
In our household there is never ever a lack of yogurt. Of late though I have taken a liking to kefir. Then I decided to prepare my own. The taste is even better.
That brought me to your website and the decision to buy your product.
Thank you very much for your kind attention.
Best regards.
Dov.

Hi Ivo,
I didn’t know that your kefir is thick and viscous. I assumed that because it has Viili like consistency, it was Viili. I really like the smell and taste as it is close to Bulgarian Yogurt which I got from you.
Thank you again Ivo
Sincerely,
Imran

I was searching for kefir starter that is heirloom – I’ve had milk kefir grains before but found that I didn’t always want it and to keep feeding it seemed to be wasteful. I like the idea of a starter, that is heirloom – that I can continue to make kefir from a previous batch but not be committed to feeding grains.
I like yogurt for the health benefits it provides. My father is lactose intolerant but finds that he can have fermented dairy.
Looking forward to learning more about the different products.

Very yummy kefir! This is the First time i taste kefir and the starter worked great! I used A2 goat milk since i i am intolerant to cows dairy. The texture turned out great with a good amoynt of kefiran (glue like) production. So creamy and smooth and thick. Love the mild taste. I am trying out dairy again, after an elimination diet. So far so good. I will order again after i run out of kefir batches.
Thanks! Regards,
Kassandra from Finland

Hello again,
I made yogurt yesterday and for the first time if is perfect. I always covered the yogurt, but somehow, i missed the part where you suggest to keep in covered in the oven, which i did and it worked very well.
Thank you.
Didi
