The Kefir was great! Just ate it up this morning.
It gets better and better in taste the longer you store it in the fridge.
I would say the “background taste” of the Kefir is kind of similar to the bulgarian yoghurt, but it has a decent kefir taste.

Hi, the kefir starter is good. I have just ordered a 50L pack as a trial and come samples of the cheese
Lyle Jean Hadley –
I can’t imagine using any other starter for my yogurt and kefir!

The nummer one reason: that I really like yoghurt and its really good for the health in any way. I have just read some books about how important and healthy it is for both the brain and body.
I have water kefir, scoby( Kompucha) and make my own fermentet vegetables, and now I also just want to try to make my own both yoghurt and milk-kefir….
And.. I find it better to make ny own yoghurt also to spare the envirronment for All the plasticbottles.. And a friend recommended you
Stacey Reichardt –
Can’t wait for it. Stuff in the store is okay, but making my own is super special.

Ok, got it, thanks. Yes, it is definitely sweeter, I guess that’s why I like it better. Thanks
again…I’m ready to start a new batch NOW!!

I eat kefir mousse for ‘morning tea’ every day. The kefir adds healthy bacteria and yeast to my gut and the Bulgarian yogurt feeds that bacteria and yeast. A great symbiotic combination.
Bulgarian yogurt contains two cultures that work naturally well together and have a positive effect on the gut whereas commercial yogurt cultures contain two bacteria that don’t work well together and can be quite detrimental to the gut.
Those two bacteria are present in kefir but as they are combined with 50+ other bacteria and yeasts they work well in kefir but not in yogurt.
It’s these nuances that can make or break ones efforts to be restore good health to the gut.
Changing from the wrong culture to the right culture is a step in the right direction.
John Rhodes –
I have been using your yogurt and kefir starters for about a year!
Gabriele –
The kefir turned out great…VERY tasty. I had to restrain myself from not devouring a whole quart in one day! LOL
Thank you you for a great product! Gabriele
Liz Lawton –
Thanks, everything is ok. I’ve been making Kefir rather than yogurt but did get a sample recently of your rose yogurt which I will be trying soon.
Thanks
