I like eating yoghurt and want to make it at home. As a child I used to be able to but the culture you keep from yoghurt pots makes something very slimy so its no good any more.

I’ve bought from you a few times in the past. The last lot of starter lasted for ages but when I ran out a friend gave me some kefir grains. I’ve been having homemade Kefir instead of yoghurt but I really prefer yoghurt so I’ve ordered some more starter.
Fingers crossed that I can actually get hold of some milk in these difficult times!

I have been used LABAN in Saudi Arabia and when i made this yogurt myself here in Pakistan I got it very similar or more better so that is why I liked.
I want to share with you that I used the buffalo full cream milk.

Hi Ivo,
I have been making your yoghurt for over two years and it is always easy to make and delicious. Last time I ordered, I tried the free sample of Greek yoghurt – it was really good yoghurt but I prefer the Bulgarian starter as it has a unique taste.

Hope you’re well.
We tried some Bulgarian yoghurt when in NY……bought from whole foods I believe.
It’s not possible to get it here (or difficult) so have decided to make it ourselves.
I grew up with homemade yoghurt and love it…..especially the Bulgarian style.
