I have always liked sourdough, didn’t eat it until I became an adult. So I didn’t know about the different kinds .Have been doing some research about making at home. My wife grew up eating sourdough (from Eastern Europe), she eats it every day. I am mainly going to try making some, to see if she likes it and because of the expense of buying an inferior processed product. Also for added health benefits for myself and her. I always find that eating sourdough was an healthy way of keep our stomach free from hungry, but unfortunately my stomach never agreed that..
