I refer my friends and when I talked to a friend I referred he told me about your sourdough starter so I had to try that.

I purchased the sourdough. After making 3 breads I can say the following: The starter is active, more than the one I grew myself
I love yogurt. Besides being good and good for you, it was a daily routine for my mother and me to have yogurt for breakfast together after I retired and went back home. It reminds me of
her and our short time together (she was only 94 when she passed).
While cruising the Bacillus Bulgaricus website looking for your sourdough starter instructions and bread recipe, I saw this “sign up” section and didn’t recall if I had signed up previously so, thinking that I want to be sure that I do not miss any of the valuable information there, I signed up – possibly redundant and if so, my apology for any hassel.
I vastly appreciate Bacillus Bulgaricus availability because I have not been able to find the strain since I first began using it in 1972 in pharmaceutical liquid form in Cali, Colombia where I was working as a international travelling governess. The Bacillus Bulgaricus had a major positive effect on the health of the children in my care as well as that of myself.
In all the many years that passed between 1972 and 2019 when I was so completely delighted and surprised to find Bacillus Bulgaricus available to the general public, I had felt myself lacking my very best balanced health due to no Bacillus Bulgaricus included in my diet. From time to time over the many years, I checked for potential resources of Bacillus Bulgaricus thru various means and am absolutely totally happy about finally finding Bacillus Bulgaricus.

I love making my own yogurt
I have been a long time yogurt consumer. The number one reason I purchase your product is to avoid creating the plastic waste that comes with purchasing sachets of readymade mix for
our yogurt maker. Instead I purchase whole milk powder from Bin Inn (in NZ it’s a chain of bulk bin supplies), taking in my own reusable container every time. Then I mix it with water
plus your culture and make it in the normal Easiyo way.
Of course I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t like your yogurt. It’s yummy 🙂
I used your culture to create a very nice sourdough starter, and with it have made pizza dough and bread. I am quite pleased with the result for both. It has a lovely smell, and gives an excellent rise to the dough with a strong oven spring. And the taste is everything one might expect from sourdough.
The result of my first two efforts is equal to that of the starter I have used for years, so I am eager to discover how it will develop as it matures. This is an excellent result for a starter that is less than two weeks old.
