I just can add that I bought the sourdough starter as a backup for my own. In case my sourdough should collapse because of mistreament. That did not happen yet and my sourdough (we call him Ragna) is healthy and alive.

I thought I had ruined the starter. I did go ahead and feed it lime you said. And my first loaf is on the left. I made a second load because I didn’t think the first one was going to turn out. And the second loaf turned out even better. Thanks for your help. It’s truly delicious.

I have made my sourdough basis with full grain spelt flour over 3 days, made my dough on spelt too. Now I want to save my sourdough in the refrigerator about a week.
I have baked a lot in my time, but this dough is very soft and elastic even done like you show on your website. Amazing. Love the texture.

Hi, I make wholemeal seeded bread on a regular basis in a Panasonic bread maker. The machine has a program for sourdough. Your videos are very helpful.

Yes the sourdough starter worked +/- as expected. The bread was very tasty.
Recently I also made a bulgarian sirene, but I still have multiple packages of those starters on stock.
