I’ll need a new one, but I did have to other one going well. In my recipes I used a hybrid, so some added yeast, it was good.
We still need one just for pizza.

My wife has been working from home for a year. She is the one who loved your yugart and would carry it for lunch every day.
The sourdough starter is great. It is still alive and being fed every week. I bake a loaf every other week as we are empty nesting.
I sent my son the starter and with 3 children, he bakes 2 loafs a week.
It’s great.

Your recipe of Boza makes me very happy. I like Boza very much, my family too. Living in Germany it’s not easy to find Bulgarien yogurt or Boza in an supermarket. So we like to make our homemade yogurt and I hope we will be successful with the Boza too.
