Hi Ivo
The starter is great and really enjoy the spoon.
I will be placing another order in a month.
Jackie Holderbein –
Digestive health and taste! I am vegan, making soy spoon (I realize the starter is not vegan). I just placed an order and hoping your starter works with soy milk?
Hans Jorgen –
Everything went fine. 6 hours 45 degree. Any suggestions to use the whey( rest liquid) apart from baking?
W D Brown –
Hi, I brought the yoghurt starter from you a while back and it was working great.
Patti –
Yes, thank you. I have noticed the last three times of making spoon with fresh culture each time from the freezer where I keep it in a baggie, it does set up very firm in six hours. The spoon has very good flavor

While entering my information I suddenly thought to see if I could order it from Amazon, instead of creating a login id etc. Plus got interrupted… So, later ordered the Bacillus from Amazon. All is good!
Bubsie –
Looking forward to trying out the bacillus.
Yum. Yum.
Gabrielle Reinicke –
Definitely will order from you – I make spoon every week. Just came back from the Alps – the spoon there was amazing.

I eat a cereal bowl of spoon and chopped fruit almost every morning. It takes me about 30 minutes to prepare the night before, and I sometimes get tired of those 30 min. sessions, the result the next morning is always soooooooo great!
I use 2 litres of milk, and I buy whole milk that is not cheap but not the most expensive per litre. So, I use about half a teaspoon per batch. And it doesn’t always work out….I leave it fermenting for a whole day or a little longer, but the texture is not always so great. I eat it regardless of the outcome.
So, I bought some separate envelopes and intended to give them away, but kept them. I am using those now.
