Hi It was very nice taste thank you.

I liked all the starters, above all the Bulgarian yogurt, only the Villi turned out unsuccessful. Maybe the yogurt maker was too hot for it.
Best regards

I could live on bread and cheese and milk! Unfortunately. I am now gluten intolerant (for over 22 years) and sometimes can’t digest casein or lactose.
Wonderful! Thank you so very much! You have so much to offer. And you are very kind, too!

I want to leave a review of the Bulgarian yoghurt with rose extract which I recently tried (using one of your giveaways so thank you!). Prior to this I’ve been making Greek yoghurt but I MUCH prefer the Bulgarian with rose extract & would give it a 10 star!
It’s quite a bit “looser” in texture than the Greek yoghurt but for me at least it tastes much less tart & seems to retain its less-tart flavour for the 8 days it takes me to eat a gallon. I would highly recommend it for customers to try.

Ivo,
I have accidentally dramatically reduced my consumption of yogurt. I have many various starter packets in my freezer, However I am using a Rose Bulgarian yogurt pack that is larger than the other packets. Also I like very sour tastes so I keep it longer in the incubation time. And in the refrigerator I have it for a longer time. I have evolved my eating habits from chopping up fruit and then mixing yogurt, to now blending vegetables I buy from the “old remainders” table of vegetables. There are fewer vegetables there because I hve more competition from other people who arrive there before me.

John –
All is well. I use your product to make 1 gallon of yogurt every 2 or 3 weeks. The key point is that I ‘chain inoculate’ from one yogurt batch to the next. I’ve done this for years.
What prompted me to order new Bacillus Bulgaricus is that some of the raw milk (local organic dairy) was spoiled(?) or contaminated(?) or (?) – it only happened that one time and nobody knows how or what happened. I’m still using milk from this source.
I still have part of the purchased (now frozen) Bacillus Bulgaricus. If my milk source fails again someday, I’ll re-order.
Thanks for a great product.
John
