I’ve been a yogurt liker since i was a kid too. Recently its become an obsession! I’ve been using a store bought greek as a starter, but thought it could be better. I googled best yogurt starter and your company popped up. I just received it today(shipping was quite fast btw)

I loved how it turned out. I had to try a couple of times to adjust the quantities and times until I got it right (more starter and more time), and subsequently it got even better when using the yogurt that I’d made. Occasionally I would add a bit of starter. I still have some for a few more weeks but I will definitely order more.

For me, Its becoming more & more important to know what’s in the food I feed my family. I dont like all the preservatives/chemicals used in food so I make whatever I can, myself , in order to avoid this Also, everything tastes better homemade!

We like the yogurt a lot, we are new to making it, so still getting the hang of it, but so far everything is good.
Seems like 10 to 12 hours is the time required with our incubator set at 40C

Hi Ivo,
Everything is ok and fine. The starter worked perfectly.
We take 150g of yoghurt out of the newly produced one and store it in the fridge till we make a new yoghurt with sheep milk. Then we simply mix 1 Liter of milk with the „old“ yoghurt and let the bacteria do their work over night at a defined temperature. Next day another liter. of fresh yoghurt is there and we go on and on like this. I guess it is still the first package of bacillus cultures that is working. We did not even open the Greek yoghurt bacillus package.
