I make soy milk yogurt
I love it by itself especially in summer as it is cooling
I love it over steamed rice, or with some garlic over cooked chickpeas

There Are 2 reasons I like to make my own yogurt. Firstly we have several people in our household who require 24 hour yogurt and so we like to make our own.
Secondly, we like that your starter makes a yogurt that is nice and thick. As you say, most are too runny to be used as a firm yogurt – we ended up using them as drinking yogurt instead.

I took advantage of your sale offered at that time and have a good quantity of both yogurt and kefir culture in my freezer. I really like the kefir and find I make it more often than I do the yogurt.
I has such a natural sweet thickness that I will never go back to “store bought” kefir. I am still experimenting with the yogurt. I am trying to adjust the length of time that I allow a batch of yogurt to sit in the warmer to get the perfect combination of thick and sweet.

I loved the started and the yogurt it produced. I’m just slow to use it as unfortunately antibiotics made me dairy intolerant, so I’m careful with how much exposure I have. When I looked up to buy this starter, I was hoping that I won’t react to my birth home type of yogurt and I surely did a lot less.
I will be ordering again when I get low on my current supply, though I suspect it’ll be a while.
Anyway, your online store is fantastic and I was very happy to have found it!

I just experimented with the regular yogurt which I questioned you about a few weeks ago. You suggested to put it in the microwave or a closet in the dark and cover it to help it get creamier. Voila! I did not cover it, as the kitchen closet is very warm, but I kept it in the closet after making for 1.5 days and it is lovely and creamy! Thanks again for your
