I’m actually attempting to make yogurt using coconut because, for health reasons, i have to cut out dairy (!!! oh no!!). Not sure if you have any pointers about how to do this but would be grateful for your advice. I LOVE yogurt because it is so versatile – it can be dressed up or down, it can be used in sweet dishes or savory dishes, or eaten alone.
It’s one of my favorite foods. Period!

I am using raw milk since I bought your starter with huge success, nice thick creamy yogurt
I have had huge success and 100% yogurt every time.
When I purchased your culture 4 months ago I bought quite a lot, and I put half the sachets in the freezer unopened, and the other half I put in a small clean jar in a very cold fridge which I spoon out of with a clean measuring spoon about every 4 days to make fresh yogurt.
