I buy yogurt because I like it , it is good for my dysfunctional immune system and I would like to make my own because the commercial ones have too much sugar and additives. I can add my own fruit and sweetener , ie Io Han , stevia . I would like to make it with coconut milk ( or any other nut milk ) because I try to stay away from cow’s milk ….Thank You

I’m sure you remember me: I left you a negative feedback because I didn’t get my order. Then you resent me my order with a free Greek Yogurt Starter which I’m trying for the first time today and I removed my negative feedback 🙂
I like yogurt because I LOVE all fermented products: water & milk kefirs, kombucha, jun, matsoni, piima, filmjolk, viili, kerma viili, vegan yogurts (coconut, almond, cashew, etc), skyr, vegan cheeses and so on and so forth! Now, I want to try fermenting vegetables, and make my own kimchi & sauerkraut! I’m simply FASCINATED with fermentation. 🙂

The yoghurt turned out really nice. I tried using some leftover yoghurt to make my next batch
