As promised, I will share with you some of my observations.
The 2 products I tested were “Yogurt starter” and “Greek Yogurt Starter”. I can confirm that both starters performed flawlessly and the final products were exceptional. There was, as expected, a difference in the taste and the consistency. This difference was very subtle, although noticeable for an experienced and well developed palate. Connoisseurs would certainly appreciate the offered choices, but I will further address this point below.

Hello Ivo, I want to say thank you from my whole family for the delicious yoghurt, for the excellent organization of purchases, for the excellent information.
At this point I have tried 3 of the 4 new yogurt verities, and made a batch of the fourth (Skyr) which will be ready tomorrow morning. I have enjoyed all 3. They are somewhat
similar in that they are all kind of mellow and yet they are all different. It’s a taste one would never find in any store-bought yoghurt. Bottom line: I love them all, and will continue to make all of them, along with the Rose, and the regular Bulgarian yogurt too.
You have a customer for life!
As a side note I converted the sourdough starter I got from you into a 100% rye starter. It is very active and has a wonderful aroma. It makes a great bread!

this is just to let you know, I have had a very positive write-up of your yoghurt culture on my blog both since as to the taste as well as to the ability to long-term propagate your yoghurt without having to refresh the culture. It is online since a half year, in German and reasonably well read.

I usually make yogurt in medium quantities so I want to be using it Advertising to few people I know produces Yogurt in commercial quality and also introduce the product to big
stores in abuja and market people that are already selling other brands of Yogurt Starter
Your product for now is the only starter to my knowledge that one can use to make different types of Yogurt both Diary milk and Non Diary Milk
