Following my email to you last week I can tell you that My first experiment with your culture was a huge success . I love the tart ness of my yoghurt and initially having a 150g serving I had no swelling or blocked nasal passages or sickness which has happened with other cultures. The aim is to slowly increase eating my homemade yoghurt in place of the raw goats 24 hour yoghurt I buy as if this became unavailable I would have no other means of nutrition and would have to rely on enteral nutrition via tube feeding.

I am doing fine. The packet makes 8 gallons worth of yogurt. I make mine about every 12 days so it will last me awhile. I also had yogurt starter that came with my machine that I had to use up. I like yours much better. Will be ordering soon.

I’ve just bought some of your Bulgarian yogurt culture and I’m excited to get experimenting. I’m planning on starting a dairy/butter business next year in Australia, and I’m looking for good ways to utilise the skimmed milk that comes after separating the cream that I’ll use for making butter. My wife is Bulgarian and she loves Bulgarian yogurt, so if I can make this work it would be awesome.
I was hoping to make two yogurt products. One pot-set yogurt and one drinkable.
The pot yogurt I think should be fairly straight forward, however I was wondering if you have any experience making drinkable yogurt? For both yogurts I would like to keep the process as simple as possible and with the least amount of additives.
