Hello Ivo,
I like to eat yogurt every morning because it tastes delicious and I know it is good for my gut.
I have a son with Autism, and I am convinced that yogurt has helped him develop better.
Some people say there is a link between Autism and gut health, I don’t know if this is true or if it has been proven, but I know that my son’s health and development has improved since he is eating yogurt. He hates milk, but loves your yogurt and prefers it over commercial/industrial yogurt bought at the supermarket. I see him growing up at a good rate because he is getting the calcium that his body needs and his gut is being fed with beneficial probiotics.
Thank you for sharing the precious Bulgarian yogurt with the world.
Beatriz.

My sincere apologies for raising the alarm before fulling investigating the situation. I guess I was expecting a slightly larger, more outstanding looking, envelope. At any rate, my wife did bring it in and it was mixed in with our daily multitude of ‘junk’ mail that we get on a daily basis. Thanks for responding so quickly to my concerns. No excuse for not having FULLY checked out the neverending pile of ‘junk’ mail on the dining room table. Like I said, I guess I was expecting a slightly larger, more obvious ‘package’ than how it was actually packaged. Thinking more about it though, I know that to make yogurt only requires a teaspoon or two to make quite a sizeable amount.
Once again, thanks for your quick response. Looking forward to making some yogurt. And looking forward to future purchases.

I used to make beer and wine at home and was seriously into the fermentation process, making my own yeast strains, reverse engineering beers I liked, trying new things by experimenting with the unknown etc. Problem was, I was too good at it, my beers were irresistible and I ended up drinking too much and had to quit entirely for health reasons. Doh.
Though I’m new to this (just made my first batch of yogurt last night) I can see that making yogurt and cheese will really help to fill the void. Of course if I put on 100 pounds I’ll have to again find a different hobby, but until then it’s going to be a yogurt and cheese party!

Dear BB team,
Let me start with saying that your yogurts and kefir taste absolutely amazing. We consume these by litres/kilos on a weekly basis and the homemade stuff tastes so much better.
I’ve been making these on a regular basis for the past few months and had zero issues.
