I did like the Greek yogurt, but I still like the Bulgarian yogurt better.
I’m going back to the Bulgarian. Nothing I’ve tried can beat it so far. I’ve just finished making a gallon of it.
Although I also have a couple of packets of Caspian Sea yogurt starter, which I will try some time in the future.
When I do, I’ll let you know how it turns out.

I placed my first order from you today and look forward to getting started. I have made yogurt several times over the years, with mixed success, using store-bought yogurt as starter every time. I have found my oven holds between 107° and 112° with the oven light on. I leave an instant thermometer sticking out of the pot, or tucked into a towel fold when I used a towel wrapper.
These are a lot of questions, however knowing the answers would make me more confident as I get started. Since last year, I’ve been buying all my milk in returnable glass bottles, fresh
from a local Jersey cow dairy farm. I’m really excited to stop buying yogurt in plastic and make fabulously better yogurt with starter from you and this wonderful milk.
