I gave a glowing recommendation of your products.
I use an Anova sous vide water circulator and a container that holds 6 quart mason jars and enough water to come up to within 1 inch of the top of the jars. The Anova can be set from 75F to 190F. It is perfect for making yogurt. I set mine at 110F. My container holds up to 6 mason jars(quarts). I use a tiny fraction of the recommended amount of starter in 6 ounces of milk placed in the sous vide bath for six hours. That gives me enough starter to inoculate 6 quarts or just a really fast start on one quart. I have plenty of starter left in my freezer.
