Супер съм изненадан от светкавичната доставка. Поръчано онзиден (вторник) доставено вчера (сряда) , и аз си проверявам пощата чак четвъртък вечер в 20.00 часа ,…..иииии изненада! Не знам как го правите но знам че това е начина да направите клиентите ви да са супер доволни .

I do not tolerate cow or goat milk products. It is not just the lactose but also the caseine that is the problem. Before I had to go completely dairy free I loved yogurt, plain yogurt that I added berries or fruit to. I have been trying occasional small amounts of Silk Almond Milk Yogurt . I can tolerate almond milk but I am not sure about the yogurt so I thought it would be good to make my own if possible. super animal milk sensitive people like me are able to use your starters. Thank You.

I have done several batches of yogurt at this time. I love the mild taste
I do my yogurt with a machine and leave it on some 20 hours because I’ve been told some years back that it’s better to leave yogurt ferment over 20 hours for people who have some intolerance to lactose (as the bacteria eats all the lactose). I’ve been doing my yogurt for years this same way and with the same brand of milk and never had a grainy texture.
