Eva –
I love it! It was my first time making yogurt. It was delicious! I made 2 batches, using coconut milk. I’ll try with milk next time. I can’t wait to make the kefir, I will use milk for that also.
Thank you.

This was the second time I have bought your culture and have had success with each fermentation. My wife is lactose-intolerant, so I use 2% lactose-free milk. It isn’t quite as thick as strained, whole yogurt, but she is happy, and said I didn’t need to go through the additional work. Your instructions are easy to follow to produce a great product.
Thank you for the discount offer, but I bought enough culture to last me at least a couple of months. I sometimes will pitch off the previous batch, using a “starter” (I read your last explanation between a kefir culture and a starter). Made sense to me as I use to a lot of home brewing and would often pitch onto a previous yeast cake at least once, without mutation.
Cheers,
Russ B.
