I was inspired to add yogurt to my diet due to the fact that dairy products contain high amounts of branched chain amino acids.
Normally, my diet is Plant Based and, after reading some information from an M.D., about the importance for Seniors to include branched chain amino acids in their diet, I got inspired.
Initially, I added a good quality Bovine Whey protein which originated in New Zealand and then split the recommended amount of Whey Protein powder between bovine and dairy goats but decided it’s too rich for me so thought that perhaps homemade Goat Yogurt might be a good substitute.
I liked the bulgarian yoghurt very much. It was easy to make with your instructions.
I love taste of yogurt and it’s good for my health.
Now, why I like to make my own yogurt, I am sick of throwing away plastic yogurt container and I didn’t realized how easy to make yogurt at home!
My husband is the primary yogurt maker and unfortunately he has had a number of health issues that have taken him away from making yogurt. He is on the mend now and will no doubt be back to making it once again. We will certainly take advantage of your kind of the coupon and will be putting an order in soon. To aid digestion. I make a shake every morning and yogurt is an important part if it!

I did like the Greek yogurt, but I still like the Bulgarian yogurt better.
I’m going back to the Bulgarian. Nothing I’ve tried can beat it so far. I’ve just finished making a gallon of it.
Although I also have a couple of packets of Caspian Sea yogurt starter, which I will try some time in the future.
When I do, I’ll let you know how it turns out.
I use yogurt in recipes! Plus, I make labneh all the time and put it on crackers, just like a cream cheese.
