In the past few months I have tested 2 of your starter styles: Bulgarian and Greek.
I have used the same technique, proven over the years.
I’ve obtained very good results with both starters, and confirmed their distinguishable profiles as described by you.
The results were consistent both with the first batch (using the dry starter) and with secondary batches.

Hello Ivo,
I just wanted to share a photo of my delicious Mango Bulgarian Yogurt Ice-Cream. I just blended frozen mango with a spoon of honey and Bacillus Bulgaricus Bulgarian Yogurt I had made yesterday. My children could not get enough! I am making more yogurt tonight to try and make strawberry ice cream next.
Thank you so much for making Bulgarian Yogurt available around the world.

Hello Ivo,
I have been making my own yogurt since early this year after receiving a Ninja Foodi Deluxe with a yogurt function for Christmas.
At first I thought, who would go through all the trouble to make their own yogurt? After making my first batch I was hooked. There is nothing store bought that compares.
I now make yogurt twice a week, with a gallon of whole milk at a time. I ferment for almost 24 hours to get the extra probiotics and strain to make it thick and creamy. Half I keep plain to feed to my grandbabies, use as replacement for sour cream etc. The other half I flavor with
honey and pure vanilla.
The yogurt has definitely healed my gut, and the addition of local raw honey has helped with seasonal allergies. But the most shocking health benefit for me is that the hearing came back in my left ear, that was completely deaf. I have suffered with Meniere’s Disease for several
years. Going deaf in one ear is usually one of the first symptoms.
I just came back from a very long vacation. The whole trip I was joking that I want to add roller wheels and a handle to my Ninja Foodi so that I can bring it as a carry on. I missed my yogurt! Our host at an Airbnb was Bulgarian and told me that Bulgarian yogurt had the
healthiest cultures. That’s when I searched online and found your company.
Best regards,
Sheri

Hello Ivo,
I made yogurt again today using 1 liter of 6% sheep milk, one dose of bacillus bulgaricus (the mix held in the oven with only the lamp turned on) and straining it after approximately 20 hours in the gadget I sent you a picture of.
After 4 hours in the fridge the yogurt is as thick and creamy as I was looking for and I am totally satisfied with the BB you sold me and I am ordering online some more form your company.
With my best regards
Bruno Zaratin

I make my own yogurt so I get the least amount of sugar and no other additives! And, I use whole milk.

All OK still working my way through current stocks, only 2 of us oldies in the household so a little goes a long way

Everything is great. I’m trying the starters one at a time and making notes about my favourites.
I’ve been using the yogurt itself as my next starter so I haven’t had to purchase anything more yet. I have still to try the cheese and sourdough. Just been busy.
