Hi Ivo, I use yoghurt every day . My favourite Yoghurt in Bornhoffen (Australia) that I used as a starter is no longer made ,as the new company that bought them out deemed it was too expensive an not enough sold to warrant continuing production. My favourite breakfast is a bowl of rolled oats with water , sultanas, cranberries, 1 chopped apricot , in the microwave for 6 mins, then a sliced banana , then most of an 8 oz jar of yoghurt and a teaspoon of Leatherwood honey. I have done this for many years and sometimes ponder maybe I should try another start to the day ……………..but NO this is the best .

Everything is perfect but there is a limit to how much yoghurt two octogenarians can eat. I am however getting a bit low and will gratefully use your coupon code in order to stock up.

Love the yogurt! I found a way to make it very easily. Using a ½ gallon 2% organic ultra pasteurized milk, I bring the milk to 110 degrees F, then stir in the starter for 3-4 minutes. I pour the mix into 8 separate jars and put them in the oven (which has had the light on since I started to heat the milk) with the lids loose. The light in the oven warms them overnight. The next morning, great yogurt.

just wanted to let you know how absolutely happy I am with your yogurt cultures. I have had no fails what so ever. It produces the most creamy, Greek type yogurt. Nothing comes close, not even store bought, which I don’t purchase because of sugars and chemicals. Thank you for producing a wonderful culture.
Warm regards,
Vicki S
