Glad I found your site. I have cultures from “culture for health”. They wouldn’t tell me what bacillus they use. “We can’t guarantee what is in each started packet ” not a verbatim quote but that was the general idea. Sounds like B#$& S$_+#. Pardon my language.
Anyway, tummy isn’t so happy. That’s why I’m making yogurt, for the gut flora.
I buy it for Longevity… Mikhalil Tombak poses the question “Can We Live 150 Years?”…currently my goal is 108 !

I love yogurt and that’s why I’m trying to receive the culture, I purchased yesterday the 20th of July, before I travel on Sunday to Argentina.
I keep my starter (purchased from Amazon 2020) in the freezer. tastes good! I get the best tasting yogurt when I ferment for a long time.
I make it for health, and I really like the way this culture tastes. I tried a few different cultures in the past, but was always a little disappointed. This is by far my favorite.
