I do like it. I think I use more than I need and gets a bit different texture than usual. I still like it-turns quite thick and has a great taste.

The yogurt is turning out great.
I switched from store bought oatmilk to home made.
And if you heat this to a minimum of 80 degrees celcius it with thicken without a thickener.
I add 1 gram of your starter and 50 tot 100 grams of the old batch and this works well.

De starter is goed toegekomen.
Het is de tweede keer dat ik dit product bestel omdat de smaak heel lekker is.
Nu ga ik deze yoghurt gebruiken voor de reculture.
