I like to eat yogurt for breakfast with berries. I also like to bake muffins using yogurt. I have just started making cold start yogurt in my instant pot and saw in a Facebook group that your company was recommended for purchasing starter. I’m looking to do this as it would be more convenient then buying a tub of yogurt to use as a starter.

We are interested in the health effects of lactobacillus. My wife has chronic UTIs, and I have frequent IBS symptoms. We are also suspicious of commercial yoghurt manufacturing, particularly flavored yoghurts. We also like the taste of natural yoghurt.

I’ve been buying your yogurt starter for some time now and I’m pretty happy with the result. We are making our yogurt in dehydrator at 113f for 24h.
We are using Organic whole milk form Costco and BJ’s, They are both ultra pasteurized.

Hi.
This starter does indeed make really great tasting yogurt! I am just now working on making future batches using the old yogurt as a culture. Not turning out quite as thick as the original but will keep experimenting with amounts of ‘old’ yogurt and additional full cream milk powder to kick-start new batches until I get it right.
Still have one 2-litre packet of your starter in reserve in case I need to start over.
