Judy –
I liked the BBB yogurt very much and had no problems making it my usual way in the InstaPot. I was excited reading about in on the SCD Facebook group and ordered some before my GI Pro starter supply ran out. It will be a little while before I need to order again and I like them both equally, but I’ll use the coupon to keep up the comparison. I make a batch a week.

Yes, everything is fine. I still have a stock off starter so it will be a while before I reorder.
Thanks for your concern

Hi. My husband and I started to make our own yogurt because it’s easier to make my own and not have any added sugar aside from the natural sugar content of milk.
We also travel to Costa Rica for 6 months every year and plain, unsweetened yogurt there is crazy expensive as the locals don’t really eat it. So, we started making our own. This is new for us so we’re still experimenting with using our machine and using plain yogurt as our starter but now want to try it with a culture.
We bought your bulgarian yogurt starter from you

I was wanting to purchase as a gift to another person ( which I have done before)
I had decided to send some of mine ad order more for myself , but I would have preferred to just make the order for them and have it sent, I wanted to order a couple of samples along with a 30 gal so they could try different things as they have ever made yoghurt before

Dear Ivo,
Thank you for your inquiry and concern. I have made the Bulgarian yogurt, Greek yogurt, and Swedish filmjölk with your heirloom starters. Our family ( three generations ) enjoy the Greek yogurt and the filmjölk, and we all find the Bulgarian yogurt a bit too tart for our tastes.
I also find the Bulgarian yogurt sour tasting as well as tart. My two year old grandson drank the filmjölk immediately, plain without any added sugar. I am making a gallon batch of the Greek yogurt as I write to you.
Thank you,
preston

Hey Ivo,
quick feedback: I already received the second shipment.
Great service! And great product. Everybody around me is now already addicted to “my” joghurt. 😉
Best regards
Peter
John –
Thanks, I’m doing OK. I chain inoculate batches of yogurt from a previous one.
Been doing it for years and it works great. My purchase was needed to start over because the batch that was supposed to source the next batch got seriously contaminated.
The crash will eventually happen again and I’ll order more starter.
