Earlier this year I got a single package of Bulgarian Yogurt starter and I can’t believe how amazing the yogurt is.
Best ever!
It’s really helping to keep my spirits up, and my husband’s as well—he is recovering from throat cancer treatment and still can’t eat solid food. But the yogurt is perfect, and in spite of everything he is maintaining his health—at least to some extent!
So thank you for such a great product, and for sharing your heritage!

my husband and i love the yogurt and i enjoyed the process of making it. i followed your instructions re temperatures and chose to pre warm oven before wrapping pot in heavy towel
and leaving it undisturbed in oven with oven light on. removed pot after 8 hours and put pot in refrigerator directly without disturbing yogurt. next morning i spooned into mason jars and it is delicious, the consistency slightly sticky and so fresh. i used the 1/2 cup i saved from batch to make new one within 5 days and yogurt equally tasty. i’m delighted with your products and
have told several people to try them.

Everything is great. Have been making yogurt from 1 litre of milk roughly every 5 days since and love it.
If I in future want any other strains, I will be more than happy to get them from you as customer service, delivery time and the product are all just as anyone would desire.

leider bin ich der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig und mein Computer “weigert” sich zu übersetzen.
Einiges habe ich aber verstanden.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem bei Ihnen gekauften Produkt.
Wie lange kann man eigentlich den Joghurt immer wieder zum Ansetzen benutzen. Habe jetzt aus dem 1. Gramm schon 6 x neuen Joghurt gemacht. Habe den Eindruck, je öfter ich ihn ansetzte je
säuerlicher wird er. Täusche ich mich da?
Ich sterilisiere vor jedem neuen Ansatz die Gläser, damit auch alles immer hygienisch ist.
Falls Sie die Möglichkeit haben mir ihre Mail zu übersetzen würde ich mich freuen.
Ja, der Hinweis ist sehr hilfreich. Nachdem ich den Joghurt aus dem Zubereiter rausgenommen habe lasse ich ihn abkühlen uns stelle ihn dann in den Kühlschrank.
Für mich beginnt nun, nachdem ich den Joghurt selbst zubereite jeder Tag , mit einem Glas Joghurt auf nüchternen Magen. Auch meine 4 Katzen sind ganz gierig auf den Joghurt. Sie bekommen auch jeden Tag ein Esslöffel voll .
