Hello Ivo,
I eat/buy yogurt because it is healthy, good for the gut and has a lot of protein. I love making my own yogurt too – fun and in total control of which milk I choose to use, how long to incubate for tanginess etc.; I experiment A LOT. I discovered you on eBay just by chance.
Best wishes to you and yours,
Maggie

Hi Ivo
Everything is great. Have been making yogurt from 1 litre of milk roughly every 5 days since and love it.
If I in future want any other strains, I will be more than happy to get them from you as customer service, delivery time and the product are all just as anyone would desire.
Keep up the great work and I wish you and your business all the best as you deserve it.
Mark

Dear Ivo,
Thank you for your professionalism. Yes we liked it and we even received a subsequent order. ey?
We are planning on building an incubator with an old fridge, warming lamps or wire + an electronic temp controller.
Take good care,

better success with the yogurt….I found a 1992 1 qt West Bend yogurt maker…12 watts…seems to stabilize around 108- 110F….too warm for Kiefer…which is a bit too ‘high maintenance for steady temps at 95F,…. but good on yogurt. Sprinkle in some of your starter, and add about 1/3 cup of commercial yogurt and some casava flour…altho the pectin granules seemed to thicken it better. That said, I left a my new batch in the 1 qt/12 watt starter overnight …14 hrs….and it was a little more liquid than I like. OF course a little more ‘tart’ also, that’s to be expected with forgetting to pull the plug on the cooker about 8 hrs. Using whole goats milk mostly, but also using 4% A2 cow. Flavoring with a bit of maple syrup drizzled in when I consume it. thx
