Gisele –
I make Soy yogurt. I like to strain it afterwards to make it more thicker. Should I strain when it’s done incubating or put it in the fridge to cool off and then strain.
P.S. You guys should make a facebook group for us that use your products for recipes and ideas on yogurt making.

I use it daily in my morning smoothies and want to reduce my plastic footprint by making my own yogurt.

Alan –
The first batch turned out great
I make 1L at a time – I’m still not sure what the precise amount of cultured yoghurt I should use I use an Easy Yo yoghurt maker – seemed fine with Greek yoghurt cultures

Thanks for the handbook! I’ve been making yogurt mostly by the seat of my pants for 50 years.
Been using your starter (a pinch from a friend) and chaining from batch-to-batch with it for at least 1.5 years. Get my raw milk from a friend’s organic dairy farm near here.
