Здравейте,не зная английски затова ще ви пиша на български.Та на въпроса ви:преди да закупя пакета за 150л бях си купила за 1ви път вашият продукт през Амазон,там попаднах на него,закупих за 2л за да го опитам.1ия път не ми се получи направих го с козе мляко полумаслено,стана много странно ,но 2рото го нсправих с пълномаслено краве мляко,стана……невероятно,гъсто и страаашно вкусно,автентично българско кисело мляко.Взех от пакетчето адреса на сайта ви и от там си поръчах най-голямата разфасофка с идеята да си я поделя с моя приятелка,обачее когато дойде пакета хлъцнах ,ами той беше много малък 🤔.😆 С първия беше лесно :разделих го на 2 и готово,ами с тоя? По колко закваска ще слагам за да се получи същия страхотен ефект? Четох ,четох и доколкото разбрах ще трябва на 1л мляко да слагам по 1гр закваска,но така и не съм се осмелила да опитам ,нито да го поделя с приятелката ми.Оставих си го за мен ,но за сега си квася от предишните ми заквасени със закваската закупена чрез Амазон.Ще съм Ви благодарна ако потвърдите или ме поправите за това което съм разбрала от инструкциите т.е за 1л -1гр.Благодаря предварително.Аа и благодаря за подаръка ,трогната съм и имам желание да опитам и други от Вашите продукти.Очарована съм .Поздрави от Аликанте ,Испания.🤗

I need to eat real yogurts to put as many good bacilli in my gut- And I cant always go and fetch some in Bulgaria or have friends bring me some. The next time will be a wedding in Varna in September.
The Bulgarian Yogurt, the north African Ayan or Keffir and the Japanese Natto are a must.

Hi Ivo,
I love nice thick creamy yoghurt on my oats for breakfast. If I couldn’t have yoghurt, I probably wouldn’t eat breakfast at all.
About 9 years ago I used to regularly make caspian sea yoghurt, however I went on holiday for a few weeks and lost my starter. So since then I have been buying commercial yoghurt.
I’m really looking forward to starting making yoghurt again, and happy that I found your website!

I had some difficulty in figuring out quantities to use. They were on the webpage I think but not on the package. That would be helpful so I don’t have to look for the measurements when I make yogurt next time. Also the quantities are so small, it’s a little hard to measure out a 1 or 2 grams.
I tried the Icelandic yogurt, and tasted very good but it wasn’t very thick. Don’t know if this is normal. I like my yogurt a bit on the thicker side and usually will bulk up with both milk powder and cream – I don’t like to strain my yogurt. I use my instant pot to make it, and this time I used UHT regular milk with 250g of cream.
Seeing this was the case, I added more of the regular yogurt powder when I made my next batch and it came out perfect.
I am very grateful that you have this bacteria in larger sizes, as I am trying to avoid plastic packaging and single-use packaging. It would be great if it were available in paper only but I realize this may not protect the powder enough.
Anyway, I will be sure to order again!
