J’aime le yaourt bulgare pour la simple raison qu’il est sain pour la santé et aussi sa réputation sur les bienfait qu’il apport sur le vieillissement de personne agé, et moi je suis plutôt intéressé par le faite qu’il agira pareillement sur toute personne enfants, adulte et vieillard .

I buy yogurt for the high protein count and because of its positive impact on the gut biome.
And homemade yogurt lacks the high sugar content of commercial brands.

In 1955, my father was diagnosed with a brain tumor. My mother decided that the only thing she could do to make him feel better, was to feed him, and my brother and I, healthier foods.
She started making yogurt. This was when the only option in the grocery, was Danon, plain full fat.
I grew up on it.
I have continued to eat yogurt throughout my life but recently realized that store bought doesn’t have anything “alive” by the time it gets to consumers. I learned of you when my cousin bought your starter.
I’m excited to get back to homemade, for my health and the connection to my Mom.

Why do we like yogurt?
– We take every chance we can to eat something with beneficial microbes! Kefir, yogurt, veggie ferments, sodas/drinks, etc!
Why from you?
– I’ve tried a bunch of different starters and I’m tired of always having to buy more/all the additives in them. Excited to finally have a culture that I can reuse over and over and over again! Also, super excited to try some new things with the free gift culture!!

Unfortunately we didnt overly enjoy the taste or texture, so gone back to to using my usual brand which works better for us.
