Thanks for the great yogurt book! I already found a couple good advises and things that I did probably wrong.
We’re operating a dairy farm and have plenty of milk. So I can produce my yogurt (I eat to much!) of our great tasting milk.
Also, I use it as an anti inflammatory cream for skin problems.
I’m looking forward to get your starter and the taste of my homemade Greek yoghurt.

Been eating yoghurt all my life, the plain kind is my favorite. I have been making yoghurt for many years using other yoghurts for starter, but decided to try a real starter and found you 🙂
Hi there. I haven’t actually purchased yogurt in years! I’ve been making my own in my instant pot using heirloom cultures. We forgot to same some so needed to buy more LOL! Oh well, it’s the best yogurt when you make it at home because you know exactly what is in it and that makes me feel better as a parent!

Hi, I make yogurt for my husband who has cancer. He has it for breakfast every day. I eat it sometimes and use it as a substitute for sour cream. Thanks

I have read that the Bacillus Bulgaricus is said to have a very good effect on the intestinal flora (if it gets there). Since we want to eat as healthily as possible and there are no other foreign substances in the homemade yoghurt, I found the address on the Internet and ordered it. I have already ordered the “normal yoghurt bacteria from you via a different address and the yoghurt turned out very well. Kind regards,
I buy or make yogurt for gut health. I garden and ferment fresh veggies for the same reason.
Home made raw yogurt is best I do it with goats’ Milk straight from farmer!
First it is delicious and second very nutritious, unlike the garbage they sell at supermarkets.

Hope your product is good, haven’t tried yet, but I tell you all dried starters are not good.
I use to buy greek yogurt from « La Vie Claire » shop ( a French group) to make my yogurt and I can tell you it was the best I tried so far.
Unfortunately due to the fabricated economic crisis in Lebanon we don’t find it anymore.
Hope this helps
Wish you all the best.
I read a lot about how great bulgarian yoghurt is and wanted to try it out. What especially interests me about this yoghurt is that it has a firmer consistency without being strained.
Strained yoghurt has less calcium, which I find unacceptable. As there are no places to buy this product in Sweden, I decided to make some on my own.

Thanks for the ebook. I am excited to learn and do yogurt making. Everything always tastes better homemade.
