I am very happy that I`ve found your webpage. I appriciate so much your very good information about your products, how to use them and so on. These days it`s rare to get complete informations. I think also for ex. the best youtuber hides always something and mostly just that bit which makes the difference wether one get it well done or it should be for the waste. You show up as somebody who really loves what he is doing and want that the customers will be 100 % successful when they use your products.
Since years I make yoghurt and fresh cheese by myself. I don`t trust the global food industry.
But I always used the very simple way I learned from an indian friend – heated milk and lemon juice. It was ok, but I prefer to have a yoghurt which sticks at the spoon with a mild taste which I can seasoning sweet, hot with herbs……….. So I choosed your Bacillus Bulgarius. I`ve
read about the very good quality of bulgarian yoghurt but never tasted it.
Some weeks ago I got access to a farmer where I can buy raw milk from goat and cow. That`s wonderful. So I will experiment with other possibilities to make yoghurt and I want to get a slightly pressed cheese I know from my time I lived in Taschkent named Brinse. May be your Sirene is nearly the same. The description sounds like so. But one after the other. Thanks a lot for the handbook. A book with a lot of very good informations never needs photos, because when somebody read such a book the ” photos ” will automatically come into ones mind.

Hi I love yogurt for its soothing qualities after eating . To be honest it just feels good . Tried all various yoghurts but I particularly like Bulgarian. Greek is also nice but I find the texture not to my pallet.

I like to bypass supermarkets as much as possible, so being able to make yoghurt without having to use supermarket bio yoghurts to start the yoghurt off, is what appeals. Knowing exactly what’s in it is important.

All good, I reuse my yogurt a few times to make new batches and I freeze the powdered starters. Everything has been great and I’ll order again when needed 🙂
Yes the cultures have been a great success – thank you. We love really thick, creamy yogurt, but shop bought has become so expensive. With your starters we can make amazing, delicious yogurt at home for a fraction of the cost.
I make about 3 litres at a time in my slow cooker and then strain it through a large colander lined with a muslin cloth. I’ve tried greek, bulgarian and skyr so far and they’ve all come out perfectly.

I did Hemaview Blood tests & got everyone to have friendly bacteria. I even accidentally made some when I put Healthworlds inner health in a cup of water . On Monday it turned I to yogurt . It’s the only one I found that actually worked.
