Yogurt is delicious (!) and uses up milk from our goats. We love making frozen yoghurt every Sunday for desert.
I saw a recipe for Bulgarian feta on a cheesemaking facebook group that calls for Bulgarian yoghurt which I had never heard of. So some short research later, I found your site and I’m super excited

Hello Ivo, a friend from Turkey introduce me to home made yoghurt. I was away on holiday so I had to restart yoghurt on my return. I used bought store yoghurt which failed so I researched online and found your products. I have unready made some from your store but lastest batch made from reserved yoghurt has slightly separated. I think I left incubated too long. So I’m ordering fresh from you.
The reason I use live yoghurt is that I believe it’s helping my digestion system and heartburn issues.
Do you think live yoghurt is helping with these health issues? I would like to know what you think.
Warm regards
Michael.

Hi Ivo
I just want to say I love your products, and what I purchased is in the freezer and lasts for ages, I also save starters from starters ……with freezing …..it can go on for ages.
An appreciative fermenter.

I like the taste and mouth feel, especially with a bit of honey.

I have chosen to step forward into yoghurt making since I have always wanted to get into fermentation and yoghurt making.
Besides my interest in cultured foods, I chose to make yogurt to support my keto lifestyle in an economical and probiotic manner.
Lastly, I plan on sharing my creations with my family and friends since this will bring me enjoyment and fulfillment.
With regards,
Nicholas S.

Hello,
I’m experimenting with soya milk, sugar, probiotic capsules and powder gelatine to get a thick yoghurt. I must eat each time 5 jars of yogurt.
Best regards,

Hello,
I’m diagnosed Parkinson.
I read, milk products aren‘t good for it , except Yoghourt, but particularly yoghourt with Bacillus Bulgaricus.

Hi Ivo,
Me and my family are living in USA. We try few different brands of Bulgarian yogurt, but they are not as delicious as our memories from the yogurt made in Bulgaria. This is the reason why we want our dream to come true to make our homemade yogurt using raw milk.
We try to use yogurt from the store to make our own, but it is not working. For us this means that the yogurt in the store is not with the mentioned quality.
We use the yogurt daily, to have breakfast, to make tarator, to make banica and of course to make bread/pitka. We want to introduce to our 8months old baby the traditional Bulgarian yogurt, that’s why we need your help with your product.
Best regards,
Petya

Hi, I’m happy with my yogurt cultures

Hi Ivo,
The joghurt is perfect.
Admittedly I added 2 spoons of dried milk powder to be sure it becomes thick (in the past I had many failures. I wanted to be absolutely sure it works). I prefer using the “idiot proof” technique. Not sure why anyone should use the other one 😉
It tastes great.
Admittedly it was not immediately clear at order time that the delivery would be delayed 2 weeks (was clear only in the mail I received after the order). so I was a bit disappointed to wait. On the other hand: it’s not so tragic. 😉
The most important thing is that the product is good. And it is a great product!
Cheers
Jonathan
