Hi Ivo,
Thank you for your email
I like yogurt, especially homemade yogurt. I have a local supplier of fresh goats milk and I will let you know how I get on when I start making yogurt and kefir.
Best regards
Stella

Thank you for your email! To answer your question, I absolutely love making things and feeling self-sufficient, and I’ve been making coconut milk yogurt for a long time. I also ferment lots of other foods, and I decided it was time to try my hand at cow milk yogurt, so I’m going to try and make some!

The Number 1 reason I buy yogurt is because I use it extensively in baking instead of buttermilk — taste and texture are superior. I MAKE yogurt because my local supermarket has decided to carry only Greek yogurt – hundreds of little flavored containers with not an plain, unflavored selection in sight. I do not like Greek yogurt, I find it rather bland without even the taste of milk. I want plain, unflavored yogurt, with a bit of tang leaving me no other choice but to make it. I am counting on your product to help me do this.

Hi Ivo,
Thank you for the note, info and reminder. Happy New Year! Hope it brings you and yours health, prosperity and fulfillment!
I make sirene, kiselo mliako, domashen kashkaval. Been itching to try some boza and the recipe on your website could not come at any better time.
Best Regards,
Jana

Happy new year to you too. Would be interested in making amasi yogurt and tempeh.
Made Greek, Bulgarian yogurt, and sirene cheese so far. Works like a charm. Love it. Can’t wait to try the skyr I just received. Very happy I found you.
Stefan.
