Hello,
I am an avid dairy and dairy related product lover.
Yogurt – we call ‘Dahee’ – in India.
I do not like the store bought yogurt.

Well I am wanting to make my own because between and my boyfriend with our allergies/good intolerances, it’s hard to find a brand that we can both eat that is affordable. He can’t eat dairy, and I’m allergic to grains and a lot of the non-dairy options have rice starch or corn starch or something similar. So that is why! And it’s yummy! And also just to have fresher food with more whole ingredients and less fillers. I’ve always been big into food with as little ingredients as possible! And to just cut down on garbage and consuming in general. When I found your brand and saw how affordable it is and that it seems like there are a lot of reviews from new users to seasoned ones! Some of them are so expensive and not an heirloom strain that it would cost more to make my own! So thank you!

I try to only eat red meat and fat in order to avoid diabetes. I my reversed my diabetes a couple of years ago with my extremely low carb diet; I never took medication for it.
Yogurt with a low sugar content may not be perfect, but it will assist in preventing the poisoning that causes diabetes, and offer me some variety.

Of course, I want to make a company in the future containing plant based yoghurts.

I will only ever buy your yoghurt starter now that I’ve used it and love it.. I don’t make yoghurt all the time – like team tag so it’s difficult to use end yoghurt. Your starter is fab/superior etc.

In a word: Smoothies. We all drink at least one a day with greek or plain yogurt. I had an abundance of milk recently and made a batch with store bought greek as my starter. It turned out great and was much cheaper than buying yogurt from the store. So I decided to try making it with proper ingredients. Most of what I found I had concerns about being legitimate heirloom strains, so your website was quite reassuring on that front. Very excited to get started!
